3. Google API Services Data

3.1 Google Calendar Data

  • When you connect your Google Calendar to our platform, we access your calendar event data (event titles, dates, times, locations, attendees, and event descriptions) in read-only mode
  • We do not modify, delete, or create events on your Google Calendar

3.2 How We Use Google Calendar Data

  • Display your calendar events within our platform for scheduling and organizational purposes
  • Sync calendar data to provide a unified view of your schedule alongside platform bookings and events
  • We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the calendar functionality you requested

3.3 Storage and Protection

  • Google Calendar data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit
  • Calendar data is associated with your user account and organization and is not shared with other users or third parties
  • Synced calendar data is refreshed periodically and retained only while your Google Calendar connection is active

3.4 Revoking Access

  • You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time through your account settings
  • Upon disconnection, we revoke our access token and delete all synced Google Calendar data from our systems
  • You may also revoke access directly through your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

3.5 Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
